Wills, Succession & Probate

STM Nummos deals with all apects of  wills probate and  succession.

Wills are prepared according to benefactors wishes. However, before preparing a will, we endeavour to explain Spanish succession laws with respect to non Spanish nationals, in addition to taking into account any inheritance tax issues.
